trying for a cheap flexible printing plate
I am trying to find a good solution to a flexible printing surface. I would a nicely textured cutting board, on the cheap at Ikea.

And Clipped it on

Unfortunately The inherent non-stick surface did not hold the plastic. So, I sprayed it with hairspray and applied blue tape.

Re: trying for a cheap flexible printing plate
that could work.
I usually just let the printer cool down, and the piece just separates from the glass.
If I want to print immediately, I use a razor-blade scraper. wiggle it under a corner, and the piece just pops off.

I am using a root basic, no heated base to release from.
It worked like a charm. I printed a filled 3inch square and it popped it right off.
